This workshop focuses on data collection, documentation strategies, and proven techniques to track student progress. Attendees will become familiar with effective strategies that support Educational Benefit. Learn to work “smarter not harder” and how to set the stage for successful IEP meetings.

Participants will receive materials to begin the documentation process and to support teachers’ compliance responsibilities required to implement the IEP.

Participants will:

1. Review Best Practice techniques for documentation.

2. Learn to prepare for effective IEP meetings.

3. Implement documentation strategies that support Educational Benefit.

4. Learn how to systematically monitor, review, and analyze student growth over time.

5. Learn strategies to inform parents of their child’s educational progress.
