Welcome to WOCCSE

The West Orange County Consortium for Special Education (WOCCSE) is a SELPA (Special Education Local Plan Area) that encompasses five school districts in Orange County, California serving approximately 5,300 special education students. The member districts are:

WOCCSE facilitates the educational success of learners with special needs by providing services and support to students, staff, and families in collaboration with all member districts.
